Grand Master and Mrs. Whittington
Grand Master Whittington's interest in martial arts was sparked like many 80's kids because of The Karate Kid. Since then he has taught for 25+ years, studied Muay Thai, Kali, boxing and kickboxing. He has competed and placed internationally in Olympic and open style tournaments and currently is a Kukkiwon certified 7th Degree in World Tae Kwon Do. Mrs. Whittington finally got her black belt December 2024 after 8 years and two kids. We are family owned and strive to provide not just an extra curricular activity but a village of families who share the same passion; to bring up confident, kind, future leaders and members in our community.
Our Style of Tae Kwon Do
At Cleveland Family Martial Arts, we teach World Tae Kwon Do and our black belts are internationally recognized by Kukkiwon.

Our passion for educating children on personal safety, Martial arts and discipline shine through our fun, energetic classes. Cleveland Family Martial Arts students not only advance in Martial arts belts but also develop the qualities of respect, focus and perseverance- traits that will serve them throughout life.
